Victoria

Victoria Ames

Attorney | Managing Partner

Prior to founding ARTEMiS Law Firm, Victoria Ames was in private practice at Jaburg | Wilk, P.C., where she represented clients in commercial litigation, employment law, and healthcare-related matters. Her experience includes representing professionals and organizations before state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings before medical and professional licensing boards.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Ames served as Chief Executive Officer of Make-A-Wish Foundation International, where she led the organization’s expansion into more than 30 countries and oversaw international operations from the United States. In that role, she worked to ensure that eligible children worldwide had access to programs supporting life-long wishes.

For nearly twenty-five years, Ms. Ames has been a strong advocate for individuals with special needs, with a focus on ensuring access to legal support and community resources. Her professional commitment to this work is informed by both her legal experience and her personal perspective as a parent of children with special needs.

Stephanie Preciado graduated from the Arizona State University | Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and began her legal career as an Assistant City Prosecutor with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office, where she served in the Domestic Violence Unit. After leaving the City of Phoenix, Ms. Preciado transitioned into criminal defense, gaining extensive experience in both jury and non-jury trials.

In 2006, Ms. Preciado founded her own practice, focusing her work on juvenile and family law matters. She represents parents and children in dependency and DCS cases, assists families with adoption matters including stepparent adoptions, and advocates for clients in family court proceedings involving dissolution, custody, and child support.

In addition to private practice, Ms. Preciado has dedicated her career to public service and advocacy. She previously served as Director of the Ruth V. McGregor Project to Stop Sex Trafficking at the Arizona State University College of Law and currently serves as a Staff Attorney at the Arizona Legal Center, providing legal support to individuals and families in need.

Pamela

Pamela Judd

Attorney

Pamela earned her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Arizona State University, where she served on the Arizona State Law Journal, worked in the Civil Practice Clinic, and acted as a Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy.

Ms. Pamela is a seasoned litigator with experience in both large and small firm environments. She spent seven years as an Associate at Lewis and Roca, practicing in the firm’s tort group with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device defense, as well as personal injury and construction defect matters. She later joined Roshka DeWulf & Patten, where she was named Partner and focused her practice on commercial and contract litigation, bankruptcy, and securities cases.

Since joining ARTEMiS Law Firm in 2018, Ms. Pamela has represented clients in civil litigation, family law matters, contract review, and business formation. Her broad litigation experience allows her to guide clients through complex and often unpredictable legal disputes with clarity, strategy, and practical judgment.
